Iran's Energy Capabilities Go on Display in Iraq
Iranian companies displayed their capabilities in the water and electricity sectors at the First International Exhibition of Technical and Engineering Services in Iraq's capital city of Baghdad earlier this month.

The expo was attended by a large number of state and non-state entities, firms and companies while it also hosted thousands of visitors from different Arab countries.

Head of Gilan Water and Electricity Educational Institute Mohammad Naqi Arabzadeh viewed the event as positive and said the expo played a major role in introducing Iran's power capabilities to the Iraqi and other Arab nations.

He further said that a visit to his institutes' stand by Iranian Ambassador to Iraq Hassan Kazzemi Qomi shows Iran's prominent status in the energy sector and its ability in meeting the needs of its neighboring and regional countries.

Arabzadeh pointed out that the presence of his institute at Baghdad's exhibition showed Iran's capabilities in different technical, scientific and engineering fields and familiarized customers of water and electricity services with Iran's energy sector.
