As reported by the Department of public Relations, Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran, Alishiri also said: there have been two objectives in the print of this publication, the first is to introduce the economic capacities and achievements of the country in the course of recent years as well as dissemination of accurate and timely information about the economic developments of the country and presence in the international markets.
He stipulated that the second objective is to counteract the Iranophobia, which is seen in western media in a one way manner.
Alishiri noted: the publication which includes interviews with the esteemed president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, governor of Central Bank, deputy ministers, managing directors of the banks and insurance companies as well as 150 domestic and foreign companies, has been able to make the potential opportunities and economic advantages of the country, available to the economic and political practitioners in a transparent way.
Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance also pointed out: this publication is a major step towards removal of information gap at the international arena and need to be followed up in all communicative methods and using all propagating tools, in the coming years.
It should be noted that the prime minister of Turkey, as the senior honored guest of this issue, has expressed his opinion about the position of Iran at the regional and international levels, and regarded Iran as the bridge, connecting Turkey and Asia, while Turkey connects Iran to Europe.
It is also worth mentioning that the economic capabilities and achievements of the country in macroeconomic, finance, banking, energy, industry and mines, information technology and communications, transportation, housing and construction, agriculture, health, education and tourism, have been covered in the 203 pages of the publication.
